My favorite Pea Soup

Spring time is quickly approaching and although you may not be harvesting your fresh Green Peas yet you can still enjoy the fine taste of a Green Pea soup. One of my all time favorite soups happens to be Green Pea topped with maybe a sprinkle of cheese or some garlic flavored croutons.
