July 8, 2010 - "Processing Meat and Canning a New Soup" By Joseph Parish. I have several friends who do most of their own meat processing from bacon on up to quality beef steaks. In fact they are so dedicated to producing their own meats for their family’s consumption that they have erected a small meat processing house on their farm.
